My annual statement explained

To enjoy all the benefits of RCI membership you need to keep it up to date by paying your membership fees on time.

Details appear in your Points Statement, which is sent by email* or post 1 month prior to your renewal Due Date.

*If you are not already set up to receive your statement by email and would like to do so, please call RCI Guide on the number at the bottom of your statement.

How to pay

  • Online: From the top right 'Welcome' icon, select 'My Account'. From this page, under 'Membership Renewal', select 'PAY INVOICE'. Please Note, we invoice you 30 days before your membership expires. Until you receive your statement, you will not be able to pay your fees membership online.
  • By Phone: Paying your balance is easy with our secure Automated Payment Line, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Make sure you have your member ID to hand, which is quoted on your statement. Call 0845 608 6391.
  • Contact an RCI Guide: Use the contact numbers at the bottom of your statement to call an RCI Guide to make your payment.
  • By Bank Transfer: If you would like to pay by bank transfer please remit to: Sort code: 20-00-00 Account number: 43158365. Or, GBP IBAN GB44 BARC 2000 0043 1583 65, Swift/BIC Code BARCGB22. It is important to quote your RCI membership ID number as the reference.
  • Direct Debit: Call us to arrange your membership fee to be collected annually by Direct Debit.
  • Remittance Advice: If you receive your statement via post you can also pay using the remittance advice slip and sending it to:
