How to search for and book a Late Deal

Looking to travel pretty soon? Book a Late Deal to travel within six weeks and pay cash, without having to use your RCI Points.

What’s more you get to enjoy the same fabulous amenities you know and love from your Exchange or Extra Holidays.

Here’s why Late Deals might be the perfect option for your next adventure:

• You are looking to treat yourself to a last minute bargain break
• You don’t want to use your Points or have already used your Points allocation
• You want to give the gift of a holiday to someone special using a Guest Certificate

Here’s how to search for a Late Deal

Step 1: Search

Sign in on RCI.com. From the top navigation bar select 'BOOK' and click on 'Late Deals'.

Use the search options to find the Late Deal for you, and click on ‘AVAILABLE UNITS’ next to your resort to view more information.

Step 2: Select

At this point you can review the resort details and urgent information, then select a unit by clicking ‘CONFIRM’. You cannot hold a Late Deal as these holidays are only available 45 days or less before check-in and you can only put a holiday on hold if check-in is less than 60 days from your booking.

And when you are ready to book, simply follow the four steps in the payment section and enjoy a shorter countdown to holiday heaven!

Gifting it to someone else? Don’t forget to select ‘This holiday is for a guest’ on Step 1 so your Late Deal can be given to a loved one.


Here’s how to book a Late Deal

Step 1: Verify Details

After clicking ‘CONFIRM’, you will need to review the booking details and confirm who is travelling. If the holiday is for you, tick ‘The RCI Member is part of the travelling party’.

If another guest is holidaying, you will need to choose ‘This holiday is for a guest’. See ‘RELATED TOPICS’ for more information on adding Guest Certificates.

Select ‘CONTINUE’ to proceed.

Step 2: Services and Points Used

As you are booking a Late Deal, you are unable to add any additional services, so simply select ‘CONTINUE’.

Step 3: Payment Information

Enter your payment details using our safe and secure online checkout.

If you’re an RCI Platinum member, don’t forget you can use your Member Rewards towards your transaction before we calculate your remaining balance. If applicable, tick the box to use your rewards.

Select ‘CONTINUE’.

Step 4: Confirm Reservation

Review your confirmation details, and tick the box at the bottom of the page to agree that you have reviewed and agree to the urgent information. When you select ‘CONFIRM’, your booking is complete.

Remember you can view your confirmation at any time by clicking on ‘TRIPS’ to go to 'My Holiday Plans' and clicking on the ‘CONFIRMED’ tab.
