What are Comment Cards?
Members are asked to provide feedback and to rate their resort experience upon returning from their vacations via RCI’s Comment Card program. RCI uses comment card scores when determining Trading Power and award levels for the Resort Recognition Program. Comment Card data also helps RCI to assist resorts with assessing the need for quality improvements.
