What is Chat?
Chat brings the personalized service of an RCI Travel Guide to the web. To be connected to a Travel Guide from any page, simply click on the Message/Chat icon in the bottom right corner of the page.
Our Travel Guides are available to chat:
8:00 AM to 11:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday
8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET, Saturday and Sunday
Closed on most major US holidays
