What is maximum occupancy vs. privacy?
Maximum occupancy is the total number of people allowed in the unit, including adults, children, and infants.
Private occupancy refers to how many guests (usually in couples) will have their own private sleeping space and bathroom.
For example, if a unit has a private occupancy of two, it means only one couple will have private space. If more than two people stay in the unit, that privacy will be shared.
