How do I access my Settings screen to disable my Fingerprint?

To access Settings to Enable/Disable Biometrics, i.e. Fingerprint ID:

  • Login to the RCI Member App.
  • From the tab menu at the bottom of the screen, tap "Account".
  • On the Account Dashboard, tap on the settings gear on the top right-hand corner of the screen.
  • Simply tap on the on the button next to “Enable Fingerprint” to turn it on/off.
