Ongoing Search update communications are sent depending on the desired exchange’s start date, or if a match is found. RCI will keep you updated on the status of your search via email once a month. As you get closer to your desired vacation start date, you will receive more frequent email updates about the progress of your Ongoing Search. If a match is found, you will be notified that day.
