Members can cancel within their grace period (close of business the following day) and receive a full refund on any Points/Trading Power used to book the exchange, as well as the exchange fees. Close date cruise exchange reservations (within 3 days of date of travel) are not subject to a grace period and will be considered a final transaction. If a member cancels a cruise exchange reservation within this time frame, the exchange fee and Points/Trading Power used, will be forfeited. If a cruise line cancels the sailing, the member is eligible to be refunded their TPRO/Points/Exchange fee.
